Clapperclaw is an independent music and arts festival with the missionto showcase renowned local and emerging nationalbands, incorporating talented artists, film, theater, and fashionelements to bring forth a truly engaging festival to the Twin Cities.

2. School Is In Session
“I am looking forward to rocking tights and knee highsocks this fall with open-toed booties to illustrate a schoolgirl/co-ed look. I am especially eager to get my hands on thisshredded pair of tights from Anna Sui’s collection for Target due outin September.”
3. Coen Brothers Movie Screenings
Minnesota natives, Joel and Ethan Coen, also known as, The Coen Brothers, kick-off a series of screeningsof their films with a private dialogue event on Friday September 25that 8PM for Walker Art Members. Their list of films include: Oscar Winners- Fargo and andNo Country for Old Men, as well as, The Big Lebowski.
“I am excited to hear the successfullocals discuss their noteworthy films as a prelude to the release of theirupcoming movie, “A Serious Man”, which was filmed in Minnesota.”

“I plan on using [Minnewiki] as a guide for researching fantastic local musicians to check out!”
5. The Indie Rock Coloring Book
This Indie Rock Coloring Bookfeatures coloring pages for the Shins, Devendra Banhart, Rilo Kiley,the National, and more than 20 artists with all of the royalties goingto the Yellow Bird Project charity.
