Site We Love: streetstyleAESTHETIC

Many moons ago, The MidWasteland was just a street style blog. Those were the days when I would just troll the streets, looking for people with style admired(or was astonished by) to take pictures of. Since then, things got complicated…blog, etsy shop, full time job…and I can’t hit the concrete as often.
Lucky for me, I can still be inspired by street style thanks to thousands of talented people around the world. Most notable are The Facehunter, Garance Dore, The Sart and Stylesightings‘ Eddie but I recently came across another that will soon enough be in that league. The photg I am speaking of is Wayne Tippets, a UK-based shooter with a site called, streetstyleAESTHETIC.
Like the others I mentioned, his photos are clear and awe-inspiring but what’s different is Tippets’ voice and apperance to connect with his subjects. With him, we not only get a beautiful photo, we also get the great story behind it. I admire that. It’s a tip I would like to pick up on for my future shots.
