Tremont’s Asterisk Gallery’s latest show, opening Friday and running through December 6, contains the work of 35 different artists chosen because their work represents “the continual grief and despair we feel each and every day, the adverse effect our sports teams have on our mental state, our bleak and depressing outlook on life, etc, etc. All the good things.” The self-deprecating humor isn’t going to stop there. This opening will feature a polka band, beer, and plenty of polish sausages.
