No One Knows About Persian Cats, coming to theaters April 16th, is a revealing film about Tehran, Irans’s underground indie music scene. In a country where rock music is illegal to play, young residents have found a way to overcome the system, proving that passion prevails.
The flick is characterized by an upbeat soundtrack that includes popular middle eastern artists: Take It Easy Hospital, The Yellow Dogs, Mirza, and more.
Check it out April 30th. when the film opens in Chicago at the Century Theater.
