Making Fun of the Midwest: St. Patrick's Day is Finally Over

I live in Lincoln Park and this weekend has been insane. Not only is everyone newly Irish, but everyone also claims to have the tolerance of the great potato-loving nation. I have to tell you, boy asleep on the 7-11 stoop, you do not.

While I can appreciate St. Pat’s as much as any half-irish lassie, I for one will be pleased as punch when these shenanigans have returned to their normal “bored businessmen in suits, drinking boring beer, talking about boring things” way.

P.s. I actually did like it when my neighbors brought out their Bags game and played with funny hats on.
