Making Fun Of The Midwest: Topsy Turvy

I actually saw someone with a “Topsy Tail” hairstyle the other day and I’m pretty sure she wasn’t trying to be ironic.
I don’t believe there’s any way that woman with the Topsy Tail was from Chicago. Schaumburg, Lombard, Hammond…maybe, but definitely not Chicago. By saying that, I kind of feel like Carrie, when she told Berger that women in Manhattan don’t wear scrunchies and he got really pissed.
But, whatever, girls from Chicago(Not the suburbs!) would never wear a Topsy Tail.
