Olsens Put Penny’s In The Bank



Mary-Kate and Ashley have done it again and this time looking at a larger launch. The Olsen’s new collection, Olsenboye, designed exclusively for JCPenny, will preview part of their collection for purchase on jcp.com and 50 high-profile JCPenny stores November 6th and will hit nationwide Pennys’ in February 2010.
JCPenny’s, vice president and general merchandise manager, Liz Sweeny hopes to step up their style in order to attract younger costumers. The collection will range from $20-$50 and will not compromise the retailers moderate price point. Sweeny described the collection as, “very fun, fashion driven, trendy and wholesome at the same time.â€
Olsenboye has also launched a teaser video to hype costumer’s anticipation for the collections launch. Is it just me or does the video remind you of old Mentos commercials?
