Spring hasn’t officially sprung, but the green grass (or rather- dresses, rompers, and skirts) are where our heads are at.
The following is a list of upcoming Minneapolis fashion events so hot, they’ll help melt the snow and bring on the spring!
Commingle IV:
Commingle is what you get when you mix one part fashion, one part dance, and set the show to a diverse mix of dance beats.
The production benefiting the E-three Organization in their efforts to support local artists, promises to be a break up the monotony of our typical winter weekday. Sending collections down the runway are designers: ArielSimone by Adrienne Yancey, Elizabeth Chesney, Mary Pass, Phillip Stallings, and SoHo Exchange to name a few.

Keep an eye out for collections by Emily Bryngelson, with her sweet and lady-like pieces (she also designs under “Tender Cuts†which she is showing at “Avoid the Greyâ€) and the sculptural knits by Carmen Tsang which were inspired by her fine arts background. Also be sure to look for the baubles of local designer Karen Leano as the icing on the cake of student Carey Magnus’s designs.
