Beauty Mark: Orange Lips?

Going dark for fall is an obvious choice and burgundy lips are everywhere right now. But what if you took a cue from the changing leaves and went orange?
Experts say the darker your skin the more color you can get away with. For instance 1. Rihanna could probably get away with 2. MAC’s Morange Lipstick ($14), described as a “loudmouth orange,” (although Rihanna could probably get away with any lip color).
For those of us with paler skin, warm up your skin with some bronzer first and then try a less pigmented orange or even a gloss in the peach or coral family like 3. Make Up For Ever’s Super Lip Gloss in Iridescent Orange Beige 21 ($16). Ease into it by using it alone or blend it with a classic red shade if you’re feeling more daring. Don’t forget: go really light on the rest of your makeup.
I personally love this look. I’ve tried it a couple times with mixed reviews. The pros: instant drama (and it actually makes teeth look brighter). Cons: certifiable clown territory.
So what do you think? Hot or not?
