Trendspotting: Drawstring Purses as Fanny Packs

Look closely and you’ll see that this cute, little blonde has fashioned her purse, a bohemian, leather drawstring style, into a fanny pack.

I’ve done this before for photo shoots but I was a little scared to bring it into my real life. The way she wears the waist-pouch makes it look effortless and chic, yet also exudes that hippie flair that’s always perfect for summer. This look has changed my view and swayed me into thinking that this is the perfect idea for bike season. Also, as someone who belts everything, I feel like this kinda kills two birds with one stone.
