Wisconsin: Milwaukee Making Their Own Money?!

A report in the Chicago Tribune on December 3rd. stated that Milwaukee, Wisconsin, may take to printing their own money to nudge residents into shopping local.
With all the money problems in this country, I don’t think this is a good solution.
