Betsey Johnson’s Spring 2008 collection was like an 80s prom come to life. The star of the show were big…I’m talking HUGE…bows. It takes a little time for runway trends to trickle into the Chicago fashion scene so I was pleasantly surprised to see this one come to life on the everyoneisfamous photo blog.

While it’s a bit ostentatious for a night on the town in Logan Square, I’m all about for pioneers paving the way for more interesting style moments in the Midwest.
