{{Music}} Push Play: Britney Spears Goes Back to Work (Bitch). Sadly, We're Not Impressed.

Like every girl that came up wearing pleather Wet Seal skirts in the “Hit Me Baby One More Time” – era we’ve been waiting the last two years for Britney to drop something new. In the meantime we’ve become quite fond of Miley’s bangers keeping our fingers crossed for good things from her predecessor. (We can’t handle a 2007 backslide again.)
Based on the selfie Brintney Instagrammed last week of her bangin’ bod we thought shit would be poppin’ off. That was until we heard the leak for the track.  Guess you really can’t judge a babe by their cover. Despite how hot she’s (re)gotten we thought the track, “Work Bitch”, was #Zzzzzzzzzzzzz. It took a full 3 minutes for head-bobbing to take over our bodies which usually isn’t a great sign.
Femme Fatale had us at hello. It’s still a reg on our workout mix so we’re a bit disappointed. Maybe the track is a grower not a shower and we’ll fall in love with it over time along with the rest of the album. Only time will tell.
