Beauty Mark: White Hot

The trick is not to go overboard. A smooth line along the lowerlashes and on the waterline creates the illusion of larger eyes. For alittle bit more of a pop, extend the line to the inner corner of theeye and blend. I love this look with a black cat eye as it makes thetop lashes really stand out (skip mascara on the bottom lashes here). If you can’t find white or want to try a twist, try a pearl or silverliner for a similar effect.
Any soft kohl pencil will do the trick. 1.Makeup Forever’s Kohl pencil in Matte White 2K ($17) has a great consistency. I like 2. Rimmel’s Soft Kohl Kajal Pencil in Pure White ($3) and also 3. Wet ‘N Wild’s Kohl Kajal Eyeliner in White (only $0.99). And try 4. Sephora’s Nano Eyeliner in Precious Silver ($5) to spice it up.

I might give this tip another whirl since I do the cat eye pretty often. Though I’m a little hesitant because I used to use the white on top instead of my bottom and becuase of that, white pencils totally freak me out now.
Yeah, definitely try it on the bottom. I find it really makes the top lid and lashes pop!
